of Realtors reports on January 24, 2007 that 80% of
home buyers used the Internet in searching for a home
in 2006; and that 24 % of those buyers learned about
the home they purchased from the Internet.

“Just fewer than 80 percent of today’s home buyers
start their research online,” reports the National Association
